Denis Duyrat

Denis is an entrepreneur specializing in the development of new disruptive technology markets, with a focus on solar energy.

He was the Chairman of Tevali-Energy, an M&A company in the renewable and photovoltaic solar energy sector, before founding and chairing Halifax Consulting, a company providing consulting services to the general management of new companies entering the disruptive technology and renewable energy markets.

Denis co-founded Poweo, the leading independent electricity and gas supplier in France, and acted as Deputy General Manager in charge of its marketing; he also served as the French Commercial Director for Firstmark Communications (SUEZ Group); and the Marketing Director for Bouygues Telecom on Reunion Island and in the Caribbean. Denis has also been a Reserve Captain in the French Troupes de Marine.

Denis holds a master’s degree in history from the Sorbonne and a degree from the IHET (INSEAD) in Territorial Management.

Thierry Bodiot
Thierry Bodiot

Thierry is an entrepreneur in the Cleantech and energy fields, with extensive experience throughout the value chain of the solar industry and the energy efficiency segments.

Following a stint as the CEO of HelioSphera, a company which manufactures solar panels for the world’s photovoltaic farms markets, he became a pioneer in BIPV (building-integrated photovoltaics) solutions by founding and chairing Ecotemis. He is a co-founder and the current chairman of Intenciti, a co-enterprise dedicated to the innovative city, bringing together the domains of stand-alone solar energy, light and information.

Thierry has also been the Senior VP of Royal Dutch Shell, in charge of the Global Industrial Services business, and the CEO of Winoa Construction, a global group of companies specializing in the supply of equipment and solutions to the construction sector.

He holds degrees from SUPAERO and IMD Lausanne.

Thierry Bodiot

Sébastien is a renowned specialist in solar EPC management. He has delivered 600 MW+ projects worldwide.

Today he focuses on solar and storage technologies, photovoltaic projects due diligence and EPC assistance.

Prior to this, Sébastien acted as Director of Operations France at Solaire Direct (Engie Group). He was also Head of Exploitation at Eiffage Group.

Sébastien holds a Master of Engineering from ENSIP Poitiers, specializing in the fields of geotechnics, civil engineering and building materials.
